Summary

A 3-part trip, From Argentina and it's baby-brother Uruguay to the remote and curious state of Paraguay

We explored the mega-city of Buenos Aires, the falls of Iguazu and the Jesuit ruins along the way

The surprise was Salta, a desolate and rocky mountain scape far inland and hard to reach, turned out to be an absolute blast and full of fun

Official Travel Advice

From the Australian DFAT Smartraveller

Exercise normal safety precautions

Challenges

All three of these countries are more 'do it slow and immerse in the culture', which isn't easy if you want to see and do a lot in a day

Getting in and around these places is especially a hassle, hostels are often booked up even off-season and there isn;t a whole lot of infrastructure to make use of

Do

Try the steak and get yourself some leather kit

Try and experiment with different styles of 'Mate', the local drink

Don't

Travel too fast or too slow, Expect days here you do absolutely nothing
