Theft and gangs are still very much a thing but just dont make yourself an easy target and you'll be totally fine, theyre often better than the police

Dance classes in Cali, Salsa Celena is an amazing experience worth atleast a week and a few hours per day
Paragliding is also atleast woeth doing in Cali or Bucharamanga. It's affordable and worth learning if youve got atleast 5 days
Don't
Tayrona is a bit of a touristic wash thats best for people who just want peace and quiet but not much worth experiencing. It's Instagram, sitting with a pina colada or a steady hike
